REDFISH
Redfish is full of flavour and has a high fat content. It can be broiled, grilled, fried or baked and is also popular smoked. Most of our Redfish comes from the Irminger Sea’s Reykjanes Ridge, south-west of Iceland, in the North Atlantic.
