HADDOCK
Slightly sweeter and more delicately flaked than Cod, our Haddock is caught in the north-east Arctic off the coast of Norway and Russia. Stock levels are plentiful and close to the peaks seen in the mid-1950s and early 1970s. Our fisheries are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
