Perhaps more than any other food, time is a key factor in the quality of harvested fish.

To enjoy fish at its delicious best it must be frozen as soon as possible after being caught. This is why we freeze every catch within six to ten hours.

Quality is our passion and we look for constant improvement. Any feedback from customers is relayed to the production managers on every vessel. In the unlikely event of a quality issue, we are committed to investigating it fully and promptly.
